You can choose whether to book a single room or to share with someone (a colleague who is also attending the conference or a companion who is enjoying the city whilst you attend the conference). If you are booking a shared room then you need to tell us during checkout who you will be sharing with. Your sharer MUST make a booking also and name you as their sharer.
